Ali is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. His main areas of expertise include Organized Industrial Zones regulations, corporate law, and inheritance law. He has provided consultancy during the establishment phase of many organized industrial zones and private companies and continues to work in this field. He has extensive experience in sectors such as textiles and automotive. Ali also assists families by providing legal support.
Niyazi is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. His main areas of expertise include Real Estate Law, Contract Law, and Family Law.
Can is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He has executed compliance programs in Labor Law and Data Protection and holds a Compliance Management Certificate and a CIPP/E certificate. He has provided consultancy for technology startups during their establishment and investment rounds. Can continues to provide legal support and consultancy to foreign individuals and legal entities investing in Turkey. He also manages the litigation team and is fluent in English.
Berker is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He has been involved in Labor Law compliance programs and his main areas of expertise include labor law. He is responsible for handling rental law and compensation law cases while providing legal advise to the clients. He also keeps working on contracts. Berker has a strong command of English.
Alican is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He is assisting on litigation processes regarding Employment Law, Commercial Law and Rental Law. He also assists on negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal texts. Alican has a strong command of English.
